We currently only ship within New Zealand. If you are based overseas and would like to purchase something to send to an NZ based address, simply enter the NZ address as the Shipping address when making your purchase. You can use your international address as the Billing address.

All items will be shipped within 1-2 business days of payment being received. Once your parcel has entered the courier network, there are no guarantees for delivery timeframes. Couriers are often impacted by a range of different things. Your parcel will be tracked and the tracking number supplied to you so you can track it.
We will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act regarding damaged/faulty goods. A full refund will be provided in this case.
We want you to love your purchase, so we offer change of mind refunds or exchanges for up to 15 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Shipping costs for returns are your responsibility. We recommend track and trace on your return parcels to make sure they don't get lost.
Once we receive your returned product, we will process your refund. This can take a couple of days to clear depending on your bank.
